House was perfectly furnished, kitchen had everything you would need to cook, balcony is huge. The owners were so kind they waited for us to check us in even though we barely arrived before midnight! They brought us free pastries and was friendly, even greeting us as we drove off :) One hidden thing is that the house is near a railway track which has amazing sunset views.

This apartment was really so great, and I can say for sure that this was the best vacation of my life as the host was so friendly,so polite and the apartment was spectacular. It was very clean, modern furnished, and very big too. It was so luxurious with a great swimming pool which was very clean and you could get tanned there so quickly and so easily. It’s just 1 minute walking from the sea. The area is also so safe and quiet so if you wanna escape from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine, then this is the perfect place to go( it’s like a paradise being here)near the apartment there were restaurants with traditional cousine and very delicious food . Waiting impatiently to come back here.A great restaurant nearby there is Nikos restaurant, the food was so delicious if you like the sea food ! Highly recommended to everyone!

We are so excited for our stay at Thebes. The apartment is perfect! Very comfortable to stay in. We felt like we were at a 5 star hotel! The apartment is well located; close to the center but in a quiet area. In addition, communication was very easy and we were expected upon arrival. We recommend this listing to guests who would like to visit thebes and its area.

Communication, check in and check out were a breeze. We struggled with hot water and the owners father was there within 15 minutes to get us back up and running again. Spotless cleanliness. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas were all clean. We had a question, it was answered in minutes. Easy to find, quiet, spacious, and a great view. You'll need a car to get here and out and around. The village has the basics of what you would need, but be prepared to be looked at a bit askance. Otherwise be prepared for a small journey to town. We were fine with it as a trade for few people and lots of quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

A personal welcome despite our late arrival, quick answers to our questions. A spacious apartment. A garden with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The space was even more stunning in person—bright, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It felt both cozy and spacious, making it a perfect place for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

I don’t think I have the words to describe how incredible both Harry and his place were. Harry couldn’t have been more generous and helpful; even taking us to the supermarket and patiently waiting while we bought trolleys of supplies, suggesting tavernas and walks, booking an incredible local wine tour and - most unbelievably of all - cooking for us on two occasions. It was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you so much, Harry!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

The apartment was impeccable , just like the photos very clean ,comfortable , beautiful and in the center of the city.You mean if I need to come to Chalkida again I will look to find available the same apartment Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Michalis' house is EXCELLENT! Squeaky clean, spacious and with everything you can imagine inside. From soft drinks and sweets that were waiting for us in the fridge to knitting and painkillers, this house had EVERYTHING! In the most luxurious Airbnb in Europe, we were not as satisfied as in this house in Chalkida, where the love, the passion, the attention to detail and the respect for the guest are clearly visible! 2 rooms 2 bathrooms wonderful living room balcony and kitchen pet friendly with the owner friendly and discreet! Well done! 5 stars is not enough!
