Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chacarita

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy agradable vivir en este lugar animado, lleno de libros, que ya ha sido habitado. Muy cómodo, en muy buena zona, realmente fue genial. Muchas gracias Rubén

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Una casa muy bonita y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario, buena zona, todo muy limpio y ordenado, ideal para una familia.

A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Argentina was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely adorable—impeccably clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. It truly felt like an authentic taste of Argentina, just by being in the space. Adrián, our host, went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He greeted us warmly, checked in throughout our stay, and made sure every need was met,offering amazing recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and unforgettable local experiences. The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para estadías cerca del Movistar Arena. El departamento está ubicado a tres cuadras del estadio, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es en PB por lo que cuenta con un patio ideal para disfrutar durante el día. El lugar es amplio, bien iluminado y tiene un garage ideal para autos chicos. El baño principal es super generoso y cuenta también con cocina equipada completamente y lavadero. La comunicación con María fue siempre muy fluida, esto es clave por cualquier duda que pueda ocurrir durante la estadía. A pesar de que no es una zona que se caracterice por tener muchísimos bares o restaurantes, a unas cuadras tiene el bodegón Los Bohemios que es un 10, y varias cafeterías a distancia peatonal. Sin dudas volveremos!

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

El departamento y el edificio son hermosos. Mercedes y Maria Eugenia fueron muy amables y estuvieron atentas a mis necesidades. La zona está llena de buenos cafés y restaurantes. Muy recomendable :)

María Soledad fue súper atenta en todo momento. El departamento es súper acogedor. Volveré a hospedarme en mi próximo viaje.

From check in to check out everything was top notch. As described, the follow up and communication was very prompt. The cleanliness gave me an added comfort. Lovely hostess gifts of snacks and wine was a very nice gesture!

Tuve una excelente estadía. El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, incluso cocina completa y aire acondicionado. Federico fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, me hizo sentir muy cómoda. Súper recomendable, sin dudas volvería.

Lean's place was awesome, perfect for our needs for a quick week in Buenos Aires, and on short notice. We truly appreciated Lean's responsiveness and flexibility. The super fast internet connect was superb. I will stay there again in the future, for sure!

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

The views from every room were spectacular. The condo was beautiful, with a large terrace on the first floor. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo y privado, a pocos pasos de encantadoras cafeterías y excelentes restaurantes, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de Buenos Aires. Desde el primer momento, Carla nos hizo sentir como en casa. Su atención fue impecable: siempre atenta, rápida en responder y con recomendaciones muy útiles. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por brindar una experiencia especial. El departamento es precioso: limpio, bien equipado y con todo funcionando a la perfección. El departamento de Laura es impecable: súper limpio y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía larga (me alojé un mes). La ubicación es excelente, con cafés y restaurantes a pocos pasos. Laura fue muy amable, siempre atenta y respondió de inmediato cada vez que la contacté. ¡Altamente recomendable!
