Great building great location

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment and the building are beautiful. Mercedes and Maria Eugenia were very nice and attentive to my needs. The area is full of good cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended :)

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood has everything nearby, very accessible. Very good value for money, good wifi (I used it to work without problems) and the requests we made (an electric kettle was missing and the hair dryer was not working) were attended to immediately and they brought us new products. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my long-term (3 week stay) here. Neighborhood was near the subway, coffee shops, parks, restaurants (including an empanada place I’ll forever miss), and more. WiFi worked great for Zoom calls. Nice balcony. Karina was a very responsive host. I would return.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

A well situated and modern apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. Very clean, easy check in & the host was super responsive with questions too. Overall, a lovely stay and would highly recommend!
