Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chacarita

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Lovely hosts, super flexible and always quick to solve any of our concerns. The apartment is exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen is well furnished. There are many bus stops all over the block, so very accessible. Only downside was the tiny shower - a bit tricky to move around in it, even for someone petit.

Maria Soledad was super helpful at all times. The apartment is super cozy. I'll be staying again on my next trip.

From check in to check out everything was top notch. As described, the follow up and communication was very prompt. The cleanliness gave me an added comfort. Lovely hostess gifts of snacks and wine was a very nice gesture!

The apartment for 2 adults and 2 children is impeccable. Super large, comfortable and clean. The area is beautiful. Ivana was always friendly and answered immediately. I would definitely come back. Super recommended.

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The views from every room were spectacular. The condo was beautiful, with a large terrace on the first floor. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

Laura's apartment is impeccable: super clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a long stay (I stayed a month). The location is excellent, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Laura was very kind, always attentive and responded immediately every time I contacted her. Highly recommended!
