Il Rustico AdeL si trova sui Monti di Rima a 10 minuti d’auto da Broglio, alta Vallemaggia. Recentissima ristrutturazione tra il 2022 e il 2023. Un piccolo villaggio caratteristico a 1000 m, facilmente raggiungibile con L automobile. A rendere unica la posizione è un’affascinante ambiente naturale, ed il suo panorama unico. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate e della tranquillità assoluta. Dista 1h circa d’auto da Locarno. Dal paese di Broglio si raggiunge il fiume Maggia.

Grazioso rustico per vacanze immerso nella natura, in zona tranquilla e soleggiata. Il rustico si compone su due piani. Al pianterreno piccolo atrio d'entrata, camera matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiungere un letto pieghevole, e cantina. Scala per salire al piano superiore dove ci sono un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, ampio soggiorno con divano letto, camino, cucina aperta con lavastoviglie. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
