This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you need (soap, oil salt pepper, coffee, tea...). It's nice to go out and be in the village immediately. We had a great pizza 1 minute from the house. Very convenient to leave the car a courtyard. Thanks also to Graziella for your kindness. We'll be back with pleasure.

The picture of the sunset view from the balcony on the description attracted me, but I was wondering how much the expectation will be met. The actual view even surpassed the expectation. The stunning view is unforgettable. Everything in the house was tidy, cosy and lovely. The small town of Montepulciano was like something in a fairy tale, beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at Poggio! The location is perfect for daytrips and we especially enjoyed the pool which is only to be shared with a few other guests. The view is one of a kind. The apartment is equipped simple, but sufficient as one doesn’t spend too much time there anyways.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Great location with view of wineyards. Free parking spot and electric charger. Loved sitting outside at the gazebo for meals with an excellent view of tuscany hills. Place is huge and very well maintained. Complimentary Coffee and teas were amazing.

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was there. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

Wow, what can we say? From the moment we booked this delightful spot in Tuscany our holiday could not have gone any better. Valentina was always available to answer questions and make suggestions before we arrived as well as help us whilst we were there. Her parents were also very friendly and available to answer any questions. The accommodation was perfect, well equipped and the property maintained its Tuscan culture. The pool and surrounding garden were perfect. Ideal for either staying put and relaxing or visiting delightful Tuscan hill top cities. We cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

The property exceeded our expectations! The views of the rolling hills are outstanding especially under the pergola of jasmine flowers. The pool was wonderful. I cannot emphasize enough how peaceful this place is. The apartment is modern but looks authentic to Tuscany. I was able to work remotely with only a few issues on video calls at peak hours. The air conditioning in the house kept it cool and it is well insulated. The local town of Certaldo had several good restaurants and gelato. Giancarlo and Claudia were outstanding hosts. Highly recommend to stay here!!!

We were attended by Elisabetta. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful. He has a lot of tips about the area. The apartment is spacious, super clean, and equipped with everything you need, even for cooking. You have to have a car, it is very well located as a base to visit places within an hour: Certaldo Alto, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Chianti, Pisa. There is a supermarket nearby, always by car.

Elisabetta is a perfect collaborator by taking care of the bookings of the desired visits. apartment with a lot of character, small private terrace overlooking Certaldo alto. certainly, we confirm the reviews of previous tenants on particularly low ceilings heights. it remains a shame to have to waste so much water to have this hot one. everything is designed for the comfort of its hosts. it might be missing a small coffee table for the living room. we strongly advise guests to trust Elisabetta, whom we thank again very much!! a reference to share! This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
