House vacation rentals in Cerreto Guidi

We had a beautiful stay in Alessandro’s home for one week in May 2025. The location was perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca and Florence as day trips. We were in the outskirts of old San Miniato - walking distance to restaurants and cafes, a short drive to the supermarket yet remote enough to be peaceful. We enjoyed the well appointed apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dinner in our private garden amongst the olive trees and relaxing by the pool. We travelled with our bicycles and the areas surrounding San Miniato is just about the most beautiful riding I’ve ever found in Europe. Alessandro is clearly a very kind and welcoming gentleman, who enjoys hosting his guests, and we were grateful for his tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are sure we will be back again.

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Ideally located for visiting Tuscany, equally close to all attractions. Excellent hosting, the apartment is in a very quiet garden. We had a lovely stay with family. Plus, a cute little kitten to keep us company in the garden. We recommend it from every point of view!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. Rarely had such a lovely hostess. To welcome us, there was a Tuscan specialty prepared by Domenica herself In the 2nd week, a homemade pizza and homemade jam as a farewell gift 👍 I can only recommend all of this 100% And what is particularly worth mentioning: the QUIET

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

Great experience, splendid house and still a very hom

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings are beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Davids place was well equipped and located 5 mins from the Empoli train station. We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding. We took the train from Empoli to Florence a couple times during our stay, it was very straight forward and convenient. David was a great host, he met with us at check in and was very friendly and responsive. We also visited one of the restaurants David recommended for dinner and the food was amazing! Highly recommend this place ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Tommaso's! The house is located in a lovely small village, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan nature. We even spotted a wild boar one early morning (so best to be cautious during early mornings and late nights). There’s a charming local restaurant just around the corner where we had a great dinner – Tommaso kindly helped us book a table for our first night, which was much appreciated. Nearest bigger shop is around 20-min drive. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Just a heads-up that the pool area is a short walk from the house (about 3 minutes), but so worth it. Communication with Tommaso was smooth and easy throughout. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The setting is also dreamlike. I absolutely recommend a stay, you won't regret it!

Bianca is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is very friendly, welcoming and social. She is very passionate about her house and guests. She treated us like friends and I think we already became friends for life. Her house is very special, magical, clean and beautiful. Its very spacious felt right at home and had everything we needed. Its private and peaceful yet walking distance from Grassina town down the hill, around 10 minutes walk. The town has everything you need from restaurants to bars, Farmacia, little boutique shops and beauty salons. The location is perfect and outside the city but only 20-30 minutes from Florence. I am defiantly coming back to this place.

Where to begin? We had the most glorious stay at Fernando’s wonderful home. Genuinely, best holiday we have ever had and we will definitely be returning! Firstly, Fernando and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable! Fernando checked us in, gave us an overview of the wonderful villa (which is even more stunning in person!) and had left olive oil, pasta, cheese, wine etc. All the necessities! He treated us to a tour of the property on the penultimate evening, and his mother made us a traditional Tuscan dinner of meats, cheese, etc. The aperitif was delicious! Fernando’s lovely wife also spoiled us with homemade limoncello. Wow! We did not expect this and were pleasantly surprised! I hope we can repay the favour somehow someday. The property itself is stunning. You can tell that Fernando and his family invest a lot of love and energy into the place. If you’re looking for a break in paradise, go here!
