The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Da qui in 15 minuti a piedi, affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.o

We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request). We are in the city center, a pleasant area, 5 minutes from the lake and one step away from restaurants and shops.
