The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. The strategic location of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long beaches of Pescara 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines about 40 minutes, therefore both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Relax in our cozy apartment, ideal for those looking for tranquility. The accommodation overlooks the back, away from the road, ensuring a peaceful stay. Take advantage of the opportunity to dine outdoors in the outdoor area, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with underfloor heating with thermostats in every room. In addition, you have the Lupo Alberto restaurant, just 30 meters away: lunches and dinners without going too far.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Country house on the hills of Chieti

The house, surrounded by greenery, offers newly renovated accommodation, equipped with every comfort: new bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a living area with kitchen (induction cooktop with two burners) and a double bedroom. The accommodation overlooks a garden and a patio. Pets and farmyard animals live with us, and you can visit them. The room overlooks the patio, with a view of Monte Majella. The accommodation is for exclusive use.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
