Yours has two beds and the bathroom is just in front and only for you as I have my own too. (I would come in just for the washing machine 🤭). The best part? Our cutie yard/terrace. A beautiful little house in the Ciudad Jardin neighborhood

nice little house in the heart of Madrid in a very quiet and wooded neighborhood. I live on the ground floor when I'm there. I rent an apartment with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both share a bathroom. Upstairs large living room with a large table for 8 people and open kitchen with everything you need. Everything is for the private use of guests. They only share the entrance with me. With independent security door with key. Minimum stay 1 week.

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

Spacious, quiet and light-filled room in a single-family home surrounded by a small garden. You'll have a private bathroom for you located next to the bedroom. We rent only one room for a single guest, although it has two bunk beds. The house, where my husband, I and our 21-year-old daughter live, is located in Puerta del Ángel, a booming neighborhood a 10-minute walk from Madrid Río and 15 minutes by public transport from the historic center :)

This house is ideal, in addition to having every last detail and a very special energy you can enjoy a private garden where you can relax and listen to the birds singing. If you are looking for a place to be quiet, remote work, being with your kids outdoors this place is perfect for you. It is also very well located in the very close to downtown Pozuelo, Avenida de Europa, the ESIC, Francisco de Vitoria University and Complutense.
