De huurder van de woning verklaart dat hij/zij buiten Madrid woont en dat de woning nooit als permanente verblijfplaats mag worden gebruikt (alleen als tijdelijke verblijfplaats). Registratie bij een overheidskantoor is niet toegestaan. Het appartement is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Het heeft een ruime salon met een sofa bed (bed is 1,60 - 2:00 meter), eetkamer, erg ruime keuken met alle voorzieningen om te koken zoals kookplaat, oven en magnetron. Naast de entree is een toiletruimte. Je gaat met de trap naar beneden waar zich 2 slaapkamers bevinden met elk een tweepersoonsbed. De doucheruimte bevindt zich naast de slaapkamers. Geniet van het uitzicht op Plaza Mayor in het hart van Madrid. Je zult van mijn plek houden omdat het een charmant, luxe en authentiek huis is op een geweldige historische locatie. Het appartement is 100% prive voor de gast. Het appartement is gelegen op de eerste verdieping.

You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
