We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The access to the house goes through a hall and then to the kitchen. This, fully equipped, has a modern and elegant design in black and white tones and a marble floor that brings an exclusive touch to this room. The living room and dining room are spacious and very bright and also include a glazed terrace that allows the passage of natural light as well as enjoying the beautiful views of the city. It has an elegant blue sofa bed (with double bed) that together with the carpet of geometric patterns and the brick wall, create an atmosphere full of personality. It should also be noted, its small reading corner, its high ceilings and warm melis pine wood floors that add to the feeling of comfort that this house gives off. The dining area has a table with capacity for six people, ideal for more formal meals. The master bedroom is characterized by its luminosity, achieved thanks to the French doors available to flood it with natural light. It is equipped with a Queen Size double bed of 1.80cmx1.90cm. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

**This apartment is rented for temporary use. It can be rented for long, medium, or short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations for "use other than housing." The person renting the apartment declares that they reside outside of Madrid, and it may never be used as a permanent residence (only as a temporary residence). Registration with any government office is not permitted.** With its cozy interior, this studio makes you feel right at home. For couples visiting Madrid for a few days this studio is a great place. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder. Enjoy the view of Plaza Mayor located in the heart of Madrid.

I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
