A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.

1. Excellent penthouse in the center of Madrid

This unique and charming duplex, located 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 minutes from Gran Vía, is right in the heart of downtown Madrid. It is spacious, bright, and very nicely decorated. Very private apartment, with no neighbors opposite, great open views of Madrid, and a direct elevator to the interior. It has two terraces. Antique furniture, unique pieces, Wi-Fi, TV with home theater, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. A very peaceful home. It has two bedrooms and an extra XL bed in the loft.
