Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Estuve en casa de Carlos con unos amigos y solo puedo decir que un 15 de 10. Carlos en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. La casa estaba impecable y con todas las comodidades que alguien pudiera necesitar, además, Carlos nos dejó algunos amenities de bienvenida los cuales son de agradecer. Nada más llegar, también nos explicó cómo movernos por el barrio y nos dejó un mapa con restaurante y lugares de interés. Sin lugar a dudas, de las mejores casas en la que me he hospedado y que, esperamos poder repetir en el futuro :-)

El estudio con baño propio de David es excelente. Extremadamente limpio, tiene un buen ventilador, la cama es comoda, tiene baño propio y acceso a una cocina bien equipada y una sala con balcón. From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.
