There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Positivo: - buen aislamiento acústico del exterior. - dos cuartos de baño y dos dormitorios. - aire acondicionado en todos cuartos del apartamento. - ascensor (aunque hay tramos pequeños que hay que subir por las escaleras) Negativo: - las tres camas que hay, son muy incómodas. Las bases (las estructuras) de camas son muy muy ligeras, parecen hechas de juguetes, lo que hace que son muy poco estables. Cada vez que te mueves por la noche, se mueve toda la cama contigo . Por este precio del alojamiento deberían de mejorar las camas. Los colchones son bastante aceptables.

Hermoso alojamiento, el departamento lo tiene todo, es súper funcional y bonito. La zona ya la conocía y es súper buena porque está cerca de todo y el metro esta en la puerta del depto. Lo único que tengo para decir es que las llaves las tenía un negocio que cerraba de 15 a 17,30hs y yo llegaba a las 15 a Madrid, por lo que llamé y me asignaron otro sitio a 30 min caminando, esto no puede ser. Esto supone luego del viaje andar por Madrid con las maletas o pagar metro. La otra alternativa que me dieron era esperar dos 2horas y media fuera, cosas que no puede ser porque perdía toda la tarde. En este punto muy mal, además de que dijeron que no era su responsabilidad, que si lo es porque deberían buscar otra opción como una caja fuerte y otra. No voy a bajar puntos porque el departamento no merece tener menos de 5 estrellas. Así que nos quedamos contentos a pesar del traspié inicial. Volveremos!
