We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

The Cozy Corner was the most adorable, comfy, beautiful spot to stay. Gabrielle was just an absolutely fantastic host, she was SO very helpful and always responded fast. Such a kind & thoughtful person. I booked the birthday package, and she DELIVERED. Beautiful decorations, everything was so well thought out and well worth the addition. She made everything personal and special to us and I can’t thank her enough. The place was clean, smelt amazing, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this spot. If you were thinking about booking it DO IT!! It’s in walking distance to everything to see in Elora, the town was filled with charm and history and everyone is SO friendly & welcoming. I would 1000% stay there again & again. Thank you so much Gabrielle!!

Fantastic property, just gorgeous. Peaceful setting on a farm - it was lovely to see horses and other animals on the property. The beach house was nothing short of a perfect get away. Amazing to have a private beach and a gorgeous pond to swim and paddle board in. Located just minutes from Elora and Fergus. The host had excellent communication and made us feel at home. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely be returning.

The airbnb was just as described and in a beautiful location surrounded by scenic views. You had everything you needed very close by and the price was was very fair! The place was clean, very well accommodating and the hosts were very responsive and very nice to chat with! We hope to come again soon and recommend it to others to visit!

Had a great stay! Spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, the service was solid, and overall everything met expectations. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Lois was an amazing host. We booked her space for our wedding night and it was an amazing space. It was so clean and was decorated so beautifully. The beds were so comfortable and she had so many extra amenities. She is an extremely responsive host. We are local to Elora but we would definitely stay in Lois’ space again. Thank you Lois for making our wedding day extra special.

The place was very clean and comfortable! Even though it’s a basement there’s lots of light and feels super cozy. The kitchenette has enough stuff to prepare nice meals, and we definitely enjoyed the pool table. We went for walks around the neighbourhood which is very peaceful. It’s a very quick drive to Elora downtown. Wendy was very reponsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.
