Vacation rentals with a pool in Central Visayas

It was as comfortable as my cottage in Bohol. They also booked a van before arriving at the port to get from Cebu to Bohol. Drinking water was also provided, and all cooking utensils and seasonings were provided, and he explained about the accommodation very passionately. I needed to print something urgently, and I was thankful that you printed it for me. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to greet the lizard every morning, and it was nice to have air conditioning in the living room and in both rooms. I highly recommend it because it is a very good accommodation for a large family to stay at a reasonable price. On the day I returned, I couldn't get a Grab, so I urgently requested a taxi, and you worked hard to find me. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

This is an accommodation that all the families who traveled together were satisfied. There was nothing lacking for multiple people to stay and the pool and view were really nice. The location is a little far from downtown Alona Beach, but they helped us right away with car layout if needed. I stayed for 3 nights, but I didn't clean it separately. (I think they only do it if requested) The towels were replenished upon request. It is expensive but the quick response from the house and the housekeeper seems to be worth it. We were able to have a great vacation. Especially, we were able to see the sunset every day and it's really beautiful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Lovely sunrise . Frequent sightings of sea turtles. Clean waters for swimming / snorkeling. The Karaoke set and LED screen Tv is a sure winner. Leah our caretaker is kind and friendly . Keeps the place clean and neat

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

My family enjoyed during their overnight stay.The place was neat and nice and matches the description. My family will probably come back again.Highly recommended.

It was not too much of a walk to use the convenience facilities near Alona. Above all, it was a neatly managed private villa, so I was able to stay quietly and comfortably, and both the host and the staff responded kindly and quickly handled my requests. The width and depth of the pool were also satisfactory, so it was the best accommodation for families who enjoy swimming, and they always took care of the pool and garden in the early morning. I felt the host's meticulous attention to detail for travelers in the clean kitchen and everywhere.(Hangers or drying racks, bottled water, clean towels, amenities, etc.)

Beautiful house and property. Security is attentive and non intrusive. Palmas del Mar is a great little resort next door for kids. Overall an awesome family location. The house stayed nice and cool, and the yard is shaded by many trees. I will personally seek to book this property again if I return to Bacolod.

Ate Cherry’s is very responsive and friendly. Maganda rin ang place and malapit talaga sa SM. The room is worth the price.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

The price says it all and was totally worth it. Aside from its scenic view, kitchen equipments are complete. We were provided by enough beddings including a well maintained sofa bed. A trip wouldn’t be complete without a fast internet connection. Thus, Nomads heaven has a stable Wifi connection in which we can watch Netflix & YouTube anytime we want. Lastly, we were given free tea and have been provided body wash. It was totally spacious inside as well as lots of supply of drinkable water. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nomads heaven without a bit of doubt. The host was always responding when we asked some concerns & very accommodating. Superb!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Lenlen is a great host! Very friendly and responsive. Made sure we settled in nicely to her unit! Even provided tips and recommendation for us who are first-timers in Cebu! Will definitely book her unit again when we visit Cebu!
