Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Visayas

Had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless from start to finish. The room itself is one of the best I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Will definitely book again.

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful room, and we were able to relax with peace of mind.

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Eine traumhafte, moderne und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Alles noch nagelneu und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffee sowie einen gefüllten Getränkekühlschrank vorhanden. Stromversorgung stabil aufgrund eigener Solartechnik. Die Gastgeber waren super! Schnelle Antworten, organisieren von Fahrten vom und zum Pier und tolle lokale Tipps für Ausflüge sowie Restaurants. Airbnb ist etwas abseits, ein Roller ist unbedingt notwendig. Mit Rolle ist man jedoch maximal flexibel und schnell in den Städten. Ruhige Lage, Aussicht vom Bett in wunderschöne Natur. Absolute Herzensempfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

It is what you see in pictures. But in the app they didn’t tell that one of the rooms doesn’t have an air condition. The place is nice and cosy but there are smell of the molds specially the second floor.

All our requests were met friendly and we had support with almost whatever we wanted. Place require scooter to go anywhere or tuk tuk. Scooter is better Great breakfast (smoothies, their town hill breakfast), eggs breakfast was so-so. They helped with setup cinema a few times and ordered dinner from local restaurant (very good) and served it on their plates. Looked fantastic and was delicious actually I would probably come again

No words can say like our home already

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

We had a wonderful and memorable stay here. Everything was exactly as described. The host, Chris, was very approachable and offered us great options for our tour activities. Aple, Mary Jean, and Judy were extremely accommodating and helpful with all our requests and questions. This place is truly a hidden gem. Our group of 16 had a fantastic time staying here. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-maintained. The pool, featuring running waterfalls, was an amazing highlight and one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. The amenities were great too. The additional services they offer are quite affordable, and Joshua was very helpful in accommodating our needs. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends whenever they plan a trip to Bohol.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

What you see is what you get, everything is fine, except that the area is quite deep in the neighborhood... Or maybe it was not really the area's problem, it was just those taxi drivers who choose to drive the easier way. Everytime I get a taxi, they would always say "nah sudlonon mana diha ma'am." too annoying! And always pa jud mg pa dugang bayad. The place is nice and comfortable. Even with a kid. So if you can rent a car, just rent so it would be much convenient to go anywhere from this area. The host is super nice too.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

ik zou hier zeker weer heen gaan. onlangs dat ik ver moest reizen . het appartement is zeer schoon en smaakvol ingericht. het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al , zeker een compliment waard.

Hands down best communication I have had through Airbnb. Everyone was so helpful with transportation arrangements and information on activities to do while visiting Bohol. Would Highly recommend staying at this property.
