The detached house is located in the tranquil Kausari just off the Köykärmäki outdoor area. The house was renovated in 2019, sauna 2023. The hot tub brings luxurious to a relaxing moment. In the backyard of the house there is a football field next to it for children in a park area. The city of Kokkola offers many nice events that are easy to attend, a short trip to the city. Closest to the store and diner (in the citymarket about 2km). In the house, linens in pre-made beds. We'll clean for you.

Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

Tub on the terrace is heated with wood, not included in the price. it's use is agreed separately and the price in winter is 100,-. The house is located 5 kilometers from the center of Reisjärvi. Driving time to Haapajärvi is about 23 minutes, to Lestinjärvi about 19 minutes. Accommodation includes 2 gym cards.
