The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago, when an additional wing with an indoor sauna was built and the kitchen was renovated. A working fireplace and a potty wall in the bedroom. Stylish and spacious terrace porch. There is a yard sauna to heat up in the yard, and views of the riverbank. The nearby Kirkkotanhua road is peaceful. Blankets and pillows on the bed. Linens and towels aren't part of the stay, so please bring your own!

A large terrace and barbecue are available. You can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard separately. Extra beds can be booked as shared accommodation in the main building. Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

Please note: The Jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is available for an additional fee of 10 euros per booking. Let us know in advance if you want to use the Jacuzzi.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Pets are welcome! NEW!🚲 It is possible to rent a Tunturi electric fatbike for the duration of your stay. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Log cabin 1982, renovated in 2011, living room kitchen extra bed for two, bedroom double bed, utility room/dressing room, wood-fired sauna, shower in the sauna, two glass porches and an open porch. The kitchen also has a wood stove. Spacious spaces for a couple and a couple of children. A few extra beds (air mattress) and a sofa bed are available for children. The cabin has an air heat pump with a cooling function.

Villa Kotiniemi

Villa Kotiniemi is a wonderful destination for a relaxing cottage holiday, but also for active activities if you wish. In summer, you can go to the lake by rowboat or paddleboard. In summer, Kivijärvi village also has great outdoor activities; a full-length frisbee golf course, a brand new mini-golf course and fitness stairs. For winter holidays, ski trails leave almost from the yard, snowmobile trails 20 m away, and a children's sledding hill with a rope lift 700 m away.

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in the village of Rautio. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. In the yard, there is a new outdoor sauna that can be rented separately.

Sigges Inn is a private accommodation of approximately 70 m² (750 sq ft) consisting of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, and a living room. In addition, there is a large terrace (100 m²) and a glazed terrace (30 m²) with an outdoor kitchen available for use. The accommodation is suitable both for a couple or a family. Pets are also allowed. Breakfast can be ordered for a separate fee.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Since then the main building has served as the village school, my grandfather's home and since the 90's it has been my childhood home. Swedish / Finnish / English
