Private entrance directly from the courtyard. The air-source heat pump cools in the summer heat.☀️ You also have a parking space (in the courtyard). Enjoy the ease of life in this quiet, centrally located apartment. Market square, cafes, restaurants and shops within a 200-meter radius. 500 meters to the train station and 800 meters to the bus station. However, a very quiet courtyard apartment with a park view. The apartment has just been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work in the city center, so help is close at hand if needed. Free parking is within walking distance.
