La Perla Holiday, in Bellagio, is an independent portion without a kitchen of a newly built villa, located on the ground floor, with free private parking and garden, away from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach can be reached within a 6-minute walk, convenience store 2,bar restaurant pool, post office,carabinieri,pharmacy,doctors and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. The Imbarcadero and the beautiful lakefront of the village are a 15/20 minute walk.

It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
