Luxury cubist villa apartment in a quiet green residential area. The fully original furnished flat with a private entrance has an area of 75 m². Secure parking in front of the house. Big beautiful garden. Kitchen (full equipped), bedroom for 2 people (bed for babies is available), living room (we can arrange a mattress for third person, ideally a child or a teenager), bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes are included). Washing machine and dryer. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR/day.

Ideally located for hiking in the heart of the Vosges Massif in a little quiet valley, 35 minutes from the Wine Route, 1 hour from Strasbourg and 30 minutes from Gérardmer. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
