My stay was very good, the bed is comfortable and the room has everything you need, the place was clean and was as shown in the photos. I would like to highlight Oscar's attention and kindness, he was attentive at all times and communication was very good. I would definitely go back again.

Great value for two separate bedrooms! Nice new modern building and amenities, beautiful lobby area, awesome security in a tucked away spot and quiet building. Cool little food truck area nearby and very walkable! David was VERY quick to reply and accommodate our last minute request and was friendly and helpful!

This is my third time staying here, over the course of the past three years, and every time it's a joy. Gorgeous surroundings, and the centoe is a joy. Wonderful way to finish up a Yucatan/Q. Roo holiday, as it's really conveniently located for getting back to the Cancun airport.

It is a comfortable, clean accommodation, with everything you need to have a nice stay, 100% recommended, the area is safe, close to the beach, shops and local clubs. My family and I were very happy, all the amenities listed were in the apartment, easy access, I arrived very late at night and there was no problem to get in and settle in. Communication was always helpful, prompt and appropriate, with easy-to-follow instructions. Thank you for everything!! I will definitely be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! We came to Puerto Morelos to look at real estate and have an authentic experience. Over the course of our visit we stayed in 3 different Airbnb properties. This was the last - and (by far) the best. The unit itself is impeccable and they’ve gone above and beyond to provide anything you might need for a wonderful stay. The building is new, lovely and extremely safe with round-the-clock security. The property is tucked behind the Federal Port (confusing and off-putting to some) but that doesn’t detract from the facilities or views. We found the town easily walkable and access to Snoopy (the golf cart) made the experience even better. The property manager, Mercedes, is as good as they come - helpful and always responsive. When we found ourselves needing to pivot from another location, they sprang into action to accommodate our last-minute request. We appreciate it all and will definitely be back!
