House vacation rentals in Cefalù

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

Viviana and her mum were great hosts and helped us in every way they could. The location is superb, within a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach. The surroundings are beautiful with olive and lemon trees all over the place. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicenzo and Rosa’s house. It was a peaceful oasis with everything that you could need to feel at home. Vincenzo and Rosa were very helpful and flexible about check in and check out times and helped us with information about local walks and where to eat out. The kitchen was really well equipped for us to cook and the house is very homely. It felt like a truly Sicilian home and a great base to explore the beautiful village of Castelbuono.

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

Per noi questo alloggio è stato perfetto soprattutto per la terrazza, poiché ogni volta che viaggiamo cerchiamo sempre di alloggiare in un posto che abbia un punto panoramico sulla città. In questo, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative! Per quanto riguarda la stanza l'abbiamo trovata adatta allo scopo di restare due notti, letto grande e abbastanza comodo, doccia spaziosa e pressione dell'acqua stupenda. Mancava giusto qualcosina, ma tutto sommato per noi è andata davvero molto bene e posizione perfetta!

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

We hebben genoten van onze week in de mooie villa. De tuin en het grote zwembad overtroffen onze verwachtingen. De accomodatie is heel ruim voor een groot gezelschap. Ook van de houtoven en de barbecue in de buitenkeuken hebben we met plezier gebruik gemaakt. De villa heeft een mooie authentieke sfeer en ligt dichtbij leuke plaatsen en mooie stranden. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, con cucina, salone, camera da letto e delizioso terrazzino. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Campofelice e dalla spiaggia. Umberto è stato eccellente e ci ha dato moltissime raccomandazioni utili su ristoranti e d'intorni. L'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nessun rumore durante la notte. A due fermate da Cefalù, posizione strategica ma molto tranquilla. Mare limpido con diversi lidi attrezzati. Raccomandiamo senz'altro! 😎

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

Beautiful home and lovely hosts. I would note that other guests should be aware that this is not a convenient location to get to the main city, like Palermo etc. It is close to Caccamo. We would return again to enjoy complete and utter solitude. The grounds are gorgeous.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Sehr sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns nach der Ankunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Massage war ein Traum und Valentina hat alles möglich gemacht, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht hatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch durch die Lage, den großen, schönen Garten und die Wellnessmöglichkeiten, sodass wir auch mit Baby einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen konnten. Ganz großes Dankeschön

We had an amazing time in the apartment! The place is even better in real life than in the pictures. The atmosphere, combined with the morning sunlight and evening sunsets, made it truly special. The view and the terrace are absolutely exceptional—you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the sea and the city of Palermo, especially magical at night. One of the highlights was being able to swim just steps from the apartment. Just a short walk down and you’re in the sea—such a luxury! A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Knowing we were traveling with a little one, they thoughtfully prepared a cozy, sweet little bed with adorable bedding! The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also received a list of recommended bakeries, restaurants, and places to visit, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Thank you again for everything!

Casa esattamente come descritta, su 3 livelli, completa di tutto. In alto cucina/soggiorno, con bellissima vista retrostante sul golfo e un piccolo balconcino su strada, tipico della zona e di tutta Cefalù. Camera da letto comoda. a pianoterra ingresso e bagno. Ovviamente funziona per chi non ha problemi con la scala in legno, che collega i tre livelli, ma sufficientemente ampia per portare bagagli. Accessori e WiFi perfetti, cucina con frigo, fornelli, forno, bollitore e macchina del caffè. La zona è super centrale, equidistante dalla parte alta del paese e della rocca, così come dal mare. E per fortuna, pur essendo una strada di collegamento, è relativamente tranquilla, soprattutto rispetto ai due "corsi" che attraversano Cefalù. Era piacevole tornare nella calma, la sera. Giuseppe ci ha accolto personalmente (non più così scontato ultimamente), ci ha proposto un assaggio, e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili. È stata In conclusione un'ottima esperienza. La consigliamo.

Wir haben unsere 8 Nächte bei Giuseppe wirklich sehr genossen. Ich kann nichts kritisieren und nur positive Punkte sagen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und super ruhig. Man ist absolut alleine und hat tolle Natur um sich herum. Als wir ankamen waren Snacks wie Melone, Kekse, eine Packung Nudeln und Soße wieso Eis da. Außerdem ein 6er Wasser und Wein. Das hat das ankommen super einfach gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas angelegen, was wir aber genau so wollte. Kleine Hinweise zur Anfahrt: Man muss einen recht steilen und kurvenreichen Weg entlang. Aber mit guten Auto absolut machbar. Wir hatten einen Mercedes E-Klasse und das war gut zu schaffen. Auto sollte aber tatsächlich nicht zu tief sein, da der Weg einige Regenrinnen hat die Tief sind. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und waren absolut begeistert.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Traumhaft. Dank dieser tollen Unterkunft war der Traum unserer Sizilienreise perfekt. Ein Auto ist notwendig um die tollen Highlights in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden. Federica hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Ein kleines Café / Bar mit gigantischem Ausblick ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen für den “ Grundbedarf” . Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wenn es nicht noch so viel mehr auf dieser Welt zu erkunden gäbe!

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.

Great for a couple of days right in the middle of Cefalu, so close to the beautiful beach. We had a hire car and parked at the port for free - Salvatore gave us excellent directions. Then he gave us the what's app for the electric shuttle buggy to transport us almost the whole way to the apartment - but still a short walk with suitcases and kids. Does get a bit sandy after a while. Great for our pre-schoolers as the beach is shallow for ages - a beach umbrella is provided but bring beach toys. Salvatore was fab and when I messaged about an iron, it was brought to me promptly.
