If you want to have a great quiet stay and enjoy a warm house, very equipped, and above all full of charm... you are in the right place! The pool is beautiful. Lake Cazaux, perfect for children, is a 5-minute bike ride away. In short, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We had a great time (visit to Arcachon, boat ride in the basin, Pilat dune, oyster tasting on the oyster port of La Teste, etc.). The accommodation was well located and very nice, Charly is a discreet and responsive host.

Amazing place to stay, just as described. If you are looking for tranquility it is the place. The location allows you to get to know the area perfectly. We have fallen in love with this home. It's very cozy. The garden is great if you're going with children, and it has a mini porch for breakfast and dinner. The light that comes in is magnificent. You have the hosts as neighbors, but you maintain privacy. Claire is charming, very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

Great stay in an amazing house with kids-friendly hosts. Access to the lake on foot is a real plus. The house is very well-equipped and nothing is missing, it's rare these days in Airbnb rentals!! Finally Alex and Claire were lovely with us the whole stay with lots of tips and suggestions. This is a place we would recommend without hesitation and where we'll be back with pleasure!

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many options to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with lots of details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! To the surroundings: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were already at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Nice vacation home, maybe lacks a step to access the accommodation, there is a lot of proximity to the neighbors. The place remains quiet despite the neighbors' outdoor work (the owner can't do anything about it). The stairs are a little steep. Maybe a small living room table is missing for the aperitif. Damien is responsive, we had a small problem with a broken slat on the first floor but it will be repaired. I recommend it. Thanks again for hosting us.

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret hut. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from shops and with sand between your toes, the sunrises are magical! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

Charming typical house of the basin almost on the dune that is accessible directly on foot from the house avoiding the crowd and the problems to park. Incredible view of the basin and the Banc d'Arguin. The sunset from the terrace was magical. The house is very spacious, perfectly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, not to mention the ideal plancha for cooking fish on the terrace while enjoying the view. We had a magical time with the family. The only downside is the music you hear in the evening from the restaurant/bar La Corniche located just below. But you can cover the noise with your own music thanks to the house's Bluetooth speaker. Thanks to Frédéric for hosting us and for his constant availability. We'll be happy to go back!
