Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

Andrée was so warm, friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely stunning, spacious, clean, well maintained and is SO well equipped. The house had absolutely everything a family might need at the beach, including chairs, beach toys, an array of outdoor games, parasols, beach mats…the list goes on! An amazing selection of board games in the house too. The location is incredible too. My children adored the house and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

Expensive but worth every penny for our 4 generation trip. Rooms for exuberant kids and quiet rooms for 90+ years old great grand parents. Large sociable kitchen diner . Swim spa at 35c so great for the Californian kids.

Everything was perfect! The cottage is cosy and had all the amenities needed. It was clean and just a 30min walk in to Whitby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great host and excellent communication both prior to and on arrival day. Couldn’t ask for any more from Victoria. House is stunning with an abundance of locations to visit around you. The Bay complex is kept really clean. Ability to use swimming pool / sauna / steam room is an added bonus but busy when I visited (but was half term week). Short walk to beach but steep hill to be mindful of for anyone with disabilities. Beach is stunning also. Lovely little Beach Cafe short drive away also with excellent food / views. You won’t be disappointed if booking this accommodation.

We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this lovely house. We had a lovely time at this property, three generations with four adults and 5 children with loads of space. In an ideal location close to the North bay beach and all the amenities of Peasholm park and the bay. The house was lovely plenty of room for everyone, well decorated and everything you could want was provided. Donna was so helpful arranged an early check in and answered any questions or queries straight away even taking the time and trouble to come and check when the there was a minor problem really couldn’t ask for more from a host.

This was a great place for a family with a child. It really does feel like you’re staying at someone’s house and was a great base for visiting family and seeing the sights in Scarborough. It is very spacious and the main bedroom in particular is huge. The beds were comfy and it was easy to control the temperature of the property. Booking, check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. Would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Very comfortable accommodation with top quality furnishings and equipment. Stay here and spoil yourself with a little bit of luxury. Plenty of room, great views and easy access to all the attractions in this beautiful area. Hosts are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. We had a wonderful time.

This was an amazing house in the heart of medieval York. Not only that, but the house itself is 700+ years old and you can feel it's character through the amazing renovation that has been done! The Minster is visible from the windows of the property, so you know that the views are just breathtaking. There are plenty of amazing shops, cafes, restaurants, and other businesses in walking distance, while the world-famous Shambles street and market is 5 minutes away. Can't recommend this more.

We had a great stay at Smiley Filey. Great location, clean & tidy, and had everything we needed. Was also pleasantly surprised to find a smart tv (info said there wasn’t one) which was great as it meant our little one could watch their favourite programs. Messaged Oliver the host a few times with some questions before and once during (about where to find something in the apartment) and he replied quickly and helpfully. Would definitely be open to staying here again if we have another Filey holiday! Thanks for having us x

Amazing place. Much much bigger than we expected. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We ended up making full use of the facility and eating in for four nights. Heating comes on automatically, the place was nice and warm. Heaps of towels. Extremely quiet and very comfortable beds We slept so well. Ample street parking with disc and scratch tickets provided. Seascape was perfect in all respects. After 4 days we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back if they will have us. 😁

Olivia’s place is outstanding. The most amazing views, absolutely beautiful and well equipped cottage in a great location. Couldn’t ask for more. We managed to get a car park very close to cottage which was very handy too. Oh and she’d put a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a lovely surprise which we enjoyed on the patio taking in that spectacular view. Do yourself a favour and stay here!!!!!!

We came 3 generations of family to celebrate a special birthday. Kay had gone to effort to put in those personal touches and communicating was very easy. The house suited our needs, was spacious and comfortable, which made for relaxed and sociable evenings that suited everyone. I would definitely recommend the house for large family occasions. Second stay here and the perfect spot for a family weekend away. The outside space was great and the kids played in the garden most of the weekend, nice and handy for nipping into Filey too. Not much in the village itself but this wasn’t an issue for us as we just wanted a base for family time. A few toy boxes of toys there too which was great and saved us taking a load .

Our 2nd stay here, still as clean and well maintained as the last time. Quiet street, parking at rear very useful easy walking distance to the North beach and 20-30 mins walk into the town centre

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at The Barn. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The garden as well as the house was spacious and both felt very private and tastefully appointed and allowed us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring this part of North Yorkshire where there is so much to see and do.

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

The communication from Richard & Sue’s communication was excellent from booking, allowed us to gain access slightly earlier than the listed check in time which was really helpful. The house has everything you need, the beds were really comfortable. Ideally located just a 15 minute walk into town.

Excellent accommodation. Quiet location and convenient location for North Bay. We didn’t move the car, chose to walk. Would stay again
