The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

Chalet is located in the Capivara neighborhood, 38 km from downtown Itamonte, with 18 km of dirt road in good conditions in winter and summer, with some holes due to rains. In summer it is essential that you come during the day. The location is super quiet amid the mountains of the Mantiqueira mountain range right at the top of the waterfall, an excellent quiet place to change energy, waterfall dives and natural pools of the river capivara and Aiuruoca.(WE OFFER COFFEE ,LUNCH AND HOMEMADE PIZZA) .

Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
