These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. The stone cottage boasts spectacular sea views of the bay and backs on to Mt.Edgecumbe deciduous woodland, home to many types of birds, flora and fauna. Here is a cozy retreat with kitchen, lounge & wood burner, 2 double bedrooms, small shower/ WC & Victorian hip bath. The wild garden is full of insects and bird loving plants.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

A beautiful studio, close to the beach, with everything you need for a memorable stay. The Studio at The Stables is in the heart of the village, along a leafy, private drive, yet under a minute from the nearest beach (there are 3) and even less to the nearest pub/restaurant (there are 6). With 2 private outside spaces to enjoy al fresco dining and lounging around after a hard day at the beach or exploring, you’ll be sure to relax and unwind in this stunning part of Cornwall.

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
