The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Casa Ton und Lorenzo ist ein sehr freundlicher, gut erreichbarer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und hat alles was man braucht, allerdings muss man wissen, dass sie durch engstehende Nebengebäude recht dunkel ist. Auch das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber die enge Straße ist leider schmuddelig und nicht so einladend. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden und die Wohnung hatte ein gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis : )

Een geweldig huis. super schoon, licht en met alle voorzieningen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in de rustige mooie omgeving. De hosts zijn geweldig. We waren erg druk met family activiteiten dus niet zo veel tijd om boodschappen te doen. We kregen van oma koffie en eten. Ze heeft ook mijn dochter verwend met lekkernijen. Ze waren erg flexibel met late aankomst. En de informatievoorziening was top. De omgeving is afgelegen en echt iets voor natuurliefhebbers. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

Amazing place, with beautiful surroundings. Best equipped B&B I've ever stayed in. All amenities you could want, and the first place I've seen with a non stick pan that was still non stick :) Emilio was very responsive, and gave great instructions on everything you needed to know.. Check in and out were also a breeze! Would definitely visit again

alloggio perfetto se si ha un concerto a campovolo, posizione top. appartamento pulito e ben fortino facilissimo il check-in con la chiave nella box. l’host è stato gentile e presente al bisogno. al prossimo concerto!!!!

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described, with all the promised amenities in perfect working order. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions for everything, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. The location is excellent, and overall we had no complaints. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo affittato questo bellissimo appartamento nella zona centrale di Parma per motivi di lavoro. Dovevamo infatti partecipare ad una fiera . Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è molto grande e in posizione strategica, é in una zona pedonale, ma con un parcheggio a pagamento vicino e facilmente individuabile, si trova a circa 15 minuti dalla fiera di Parma e la sera permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi ristoranti e centro città. Lo consiglio vivamente anche a chi deve fare qualche giorno di turismo a Parma, è adatto anche ad una famiglia numerosa. Manuela è gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza o consiglio.

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo, ad ospitarci era presente Vincenzo, il papà di Francesco, che è stato puntuale e molto gentile con noi, anche nel darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, e la zona è molto comoda per chi desiderasse visitare Parma ma avendo comunque la possibilità di girare nei paesi fuori dal centro. Consiglio caldamente.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

A 2 minuti reali , a piedi dal centro . vicino a un pub , un tabacchi un bar e un Super , cioè a tutto. zona tranquillissima anche se a ridosso del centro storico. facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Alloggio Ottimo x una toccata e fuga in città per 1-2 persone. In fine Host Gentilissimo.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

L'esperienza di soggiorno a Reggio Emilia è stata molto positiva, grazie anche ad Anna e al suo piccolo accogliente attico. La situazione è quella descritta dalle foto, la casa è tranquilla e pulita, la vista interessante, la posizione strategica. Il posto auto vicino all'entrata è davvero comodissimo e il check-in è andato molto bene. Il terrazzo intorno alla casa fornisce una zona d'ombra nei diversi momenti della giornata. Consiglio questo alloggio a chi voglia trascorrere un fine settimana all'insegna dell'arte, della cultura e del mangiare bene, oppure a chi abbia bisogno di fermarsi in città qualche giorno per lavoro o per altri motivi.

Echt een prachtig appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien! Op een zeer centrale locatie, met rustige omgeving. Ik zou hier absoluut nog eens komen en dit appartement (en Raffaella) zeker aanbevelen. De communicatie was snel en heel fijn.

Location au top!! Paolo est un hôte exceptionnel et toujours disponible!! Il nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses pour nos visites et restaurants. N'hésitez pas à réserver auprès de lui les visites des fabriques de parmesan et jambon de parme ( il nous a même accompagné)!! La piscine et le jacuzzi exceptionnel !le logement est propre et tout équipé! Le petit dejeuner parfait!!Allez y les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

Wir würden gerne mehr Sterne geben, da der Aufenthalt mehr als perfekt war. Unglaublich sauber und Liebe zum Detail. Die Familie ist super freundlich und hatten uns auch eine kleine Führung durch den Bauernhof gegeben. Die Gastfreundschaft ist toll. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Spa ist wirklich sauber und entspannend. Wir hoffen, dass wir es zeitlich nochmal einrichten können die Unterkunft und die Familie wiederzusehen. Vielen Dank für die Milchprodukte bei der Ankuft! Durch den Tipp der Gastgeber haben wir Abends im „Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto“ bei Massimo gegessen. Authentisch und unfassbar lecker . Klare Empfehlung!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento, anche se è una stanza unica con cucina e camera, è abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. la cucina è ben attrezzata ed anche il bagno è spazioso. nel giardino a disposizione c'è un tavolo con ed un barbecue. È possibile lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio gratuito d'avanti alla casa. La zona è tranquilla e vicina a molti castelli interessanti da visitare. il proprietario che abita sopra all appartamento è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!
