The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! We felt very comfortable in Casa Ton and Lorenzo is a very friendly, easily accessible and helpful host! The apartment is nice, spacious and has everything you need, but you have to know that it is quite dark due to adjacent buildings. The house is also quite outdated. The location is very central, but the narrow street is unfortunately dirty and not so inviting. Nevertheless, we were satisfied and the apartment was good value for money : )

A great house. super clean, bright and with all amenities. We slept well in the quiet beautiful area. The hosts are amazing. We were very busy with family activities so not so much time to do shopping. We got coffee and food from grandma. She also spoiled my daughter with treats. They were very flexible with late arrival. And the information was great. The surroundings are remote and really something for nature lovers. Thank you for the good care.

Amazing place, with beautiful surroundings. Best equipped B&B I've ever stayed in. All amenities you could want, and the first place I've seen with a non stick pan that was still non stick :) Emilio was very responsive, and gave great instructions on everything you needed to know.. We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described, with all the promised amenities in perfect working order. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions for everything, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. The location is excellent, and overall we had no complaints. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Real 2 minutes ' walk to downtown . near a pub , a tobacco, a bar, and a Super , that is, everything. very quiet area even if close to the historic center. easily reachable by means. Great place for a touch and escape in the city for 1-2 people. In the end, very kind Host.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

The experience of staying in Reggio Emilia was very positive, thanks also to Anna and her small cozy penthouse. The situation is as described in the photos, the house is quiet and clean, the view is interesting, the location is strategic. The parking space near the entrance is really convenient and the check-in went very well. The terrace around the house provides a shaded area at different times of the day. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a weekend full of art, culture, and good food, or to those who need to stop in the city for a few days for work or other reasons.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.
