We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

Really we loved the place. Great hospitality, immediate response from hosts. We felt very safe and secure, surrounded by beautiful nature. Property was well maintained, clean and created homely atmosphere. Pool was well maintained with certain temperatures and all. Overall it was a great experience with reasonable price. We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

The Blue Wagon Cafe downstairs served delicious dishes and exceptional coffee. When I needed some help, Siddhartha promptly resolved the issue in no time.
