Vacation rentals with beach access in Cavallino-Treporti

Sara and Matteo were excellent hosts and I would definitely recommend their place for those wanting to base themselves on Lido. I stayed here for a week and enjoyed the relaxed old school vibe that Lido offers. Sara and Matteo were always quick and clear in their communications before and during my stay. The electronic check-in process was hassle-free and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage immediately before and after my stay. For me, the location of the apartment was perfect - on the main boulevard, close to both the vaporetto stop on the one hand and the beachside running trail on the other. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the modern kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals each morning. Admiring the view of the nearby trees from the kitchen table was an added bonus! I would definitely seek out Sara and Matteo’s place again.

It was a great vacation with a nice apartment. Everything was perfect. Very, very nice hosts. Our daughter didn't want to go home anymore. There was nothing missing from the apartment, on the contrary we were so amazed that the hosts really thought of everything. Clean and flawless. Very big praise. We will be back.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Fully equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, historical place with modern facilities. Most spots are within 15 minutes of walking distance. This place allows a unique venetian experience. I could watch gondolas come and go all day long.

We felt so comfortable! Great apartment with everything you need! Quiet residential area a little off the beaten path of the big tourist hotspots and yet totally well located. 100m to the great beach and also the sunsets on the balcony are great! if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

The accommodation is great, clean and big enough for the 3 of us! Easy access by car and possibility to park the car right in front of the house. It's safe, the house is located in a cul-de-sac. The beach is 100 m on foot. The port to get to Venice, Burano and Murano is a 15-minute drive away.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in every detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organize to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

This landlord really deserves to be 100% the Airbnb guest favorite. Super large, clean and lovingly furnished terraced house. Everything is GREAT !!! Only two alleys to the shopping street and beach. Very quiet as it is a dead end. Thank you very much Stefania and Adelio.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Our group of five had a fantastic stay in Venice. Pietro was very helpful with arranging water taxis for us so we were able to be dropped off right at the balcony of the Airbnb. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Enrico is a very friendly and helpful host who always responded immediately to our questions. The place is exactly as described – very nice, right on the beach and super central. There are numerous restaurants and a cozy beach bar in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime!
