The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Casa Stella Celeste is situated in the quiet district of Cartellone, in the heart of Modica. It offers guests a spectacular view of the old town, opposite the baroque Saint George Cathedral. From Corso Umberto I, where you can park the car, you can only reach the house on feet by taking a narrow street and several flight of steps -as is the case with most accommodations in town- but it is definitely doable.
