Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

A geographical location that makes it a great starting point to discover the city of Bordeaux of course but also the surrounding vineyards, the ocean and the Arcachon Bay. Lovely cottage with air conditioning in Mérignac

The accommodation on one level is independent of the house and totally reserved for guests; refurbished, quietly located at the end of the garden of our house, without traffic noise or planes. The bay window overlooks a vegetable garden and you benefit from a small terrace with a separate view breeze. Reversible air conditioning was installed in the bedroom in July 2025.
