Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Caucasus

A wonderful small studio full of character. Just a short walk over the river to the Old city, so peaceful, and would definitely recommend it. Added bonus of the complimentary shower gel and shampoo as we forgot ours!

Location was perfect. It was walkable distance from peace bridge. One of the best airbnb in tblisi.

I had a fantastic stay, thanks to this truly perfect flat and an all-around wonderful experience. The apartment had everything I needed, and the hosts were just as thoughtful and helpful. It was often a tough decision whether to stay in and enjoy the cozy space or head out and explore! The location is excellent—set in a lively neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, and within walking distance of many main attractions.

Мы очень рады, что поселились в квартире у Alex. Все было чисто, квартира удобно расположена совсем близко с центром города. Есть 2 балкона. В каждой спальне были кондиционеры, что спасало нас в жару. Хороший и предупредительный хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез до дома и помог занести вещи на 6 этаж, что избавило нас от логистических проблем. А при выезде разрешил оставить вещи до вечера. Благодаря этому мы получили возможность еще раз искупаться в море и погулять по городу, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В целом, нам понравилось жилье Алекса и мы будем рады приехать сюда еще раз.

Feels like home. the location is very convenient, everything from supermarkets, parks, cafes, louges are walkable distance. it adds to the overall georgia experience. U will feel like you are among the locals and is part of the community. ppl centric design, everything is in the right place, everything is working properly, and if you think u don't knw how to use something, ther is well detailed explanation in a barcode somewhere.😅 To be honest, if I had a choice I would never leave this place..😂

Beautiful garden. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the wood as an element of the interior. It's just an Inst. place!!!

החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לנו בAirbnb קכה איש נעים והכי נחמד שיש, והוא עזר לנו ממש מהשנייה שנחתנו ועם כל שאלה ישר ענה , גם לגבי המלצות ומה שצריך השקיע זמן והסביר ועזר והיה זמין ממש חוויה מושלמת ונעימה הדירה הייתה מושלמת והייתה ממש תחושת בית היה נקי ומסודר וכיף להגיע היא יפה ונעימה וממש מושלמת תודה גדולה על האירוח הבאמת מושלם .

We had a great stay at Lasha's place. The hosts were pro-active in their communication and very caring. They were very hospitable and flexible to support us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Lasha's place if you want a home in Tbilisi to feel very comfortable in while exploring the city.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Это скорее всего был наш бонус на последние дни отдыха, и изучения истории Грузии. Мы приехали туристами в гости, а уехали родственниками!!!! We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

Super empfehlenswerte Gastgeberin, die uns auf Anfrage sogar gegen akzeptablen Aufpreis vom Flughafen abgeholt hat und aus reiner Nettigkeit am Folgetag mit dem Auto und ihrer Familie zu historischen Orten mitgenommen hat. Als Tipp für ein kleines Gastgeschenk: Sie freut sich über gute Schokolade und Kühlschrank-Magneten oder ein nettes Parfüm-Flakon...

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

Very big house with 2 floors incredible terrace with mountain view, very quiet atmosphere, only dogs barking. The house is in the center and there is a winery Kerovani nearby, where the wine is very tasty! I had the pleasure of living in this wonderful place! I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

We enjoyed our stay at Saba’s place. It was great fit for group of 10 people. Clean and cozy. Right in the city centre, next to all the attractions. Highly recommend!
