The villa’s location is also ideal, just a short distance from a shopping center and other local amenities. What truly made this stay special was the villa owner. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His warm hospitality and genuine care for guests are rare to find and deeply appreciated. Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

We are so grateful for his hospitality and beautiful home. It stands out in a way few places do. The fireplace was fantastic during a cool nights and his neighbors were very kind. We fully recommend staying here if you're looking for a place due to its proximity to Tbilisi and Saguramo.

Everything was great! Thank you so much to the host for our wonderful vacation. The heated pool was just the perfect option in cool weather. You can make a grill, a big house, very cozy. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing was that there were a lot of ants in the house, our advice is to work on it. Otherwise, everything is fine!

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

I think this is the best Airbnb in the area with magnificent view for people who want to escape city life. It’s very clean and cozy. You will be served healthy meals by the host as well. My only advice is to book in advance and book all the days that you need because it can be booked by other people last minute and this happened to me and I unfortunately had to leave because of a one day gap. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming. She loves to serve you tea and coffee all the time. I hope to come back soon. Thank you

A wonderful house that you’ll want to return to. The fully opening panoramic windows bring in fresh air and a sense of openness. The interior is stylish and well-equipped, with all the essentials — a dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ and grill area. We especially loved the cozy swings and sun loungers for relaxing. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with shops and restaurants nearby. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s convenient parking on the property.

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

The reason we stayed was to get away from the city and stay in the middle of nature. It was a vacation that fully met our request. The host was helpful with the transfer from the airport and made it easy for us to check in. We were able to get support whenever we needed it. The food option isn't much, but it was enough for us.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment near Uzungöl! The house is very spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and truly made me feel like part of their family.
