The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old St. Petersburg house that survived the blockade. Nearby is Frunzenskaya metro station. Alexandra was quick to respond to questions, explained everything in detail. We were met by Natalia, Alexandra's mother, a friendly sweet woman. She has two curious cats. You can use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days, everything was fine.

Really wonderful hosts, always happy to help. The garden was really nice and peaceful for working and reading in and the main metro station is just 5 min away.

Staying at this lovely home in Tbilisi was truly a wonderful experience for us. The apartment was even cozier and more comfortable than it looked in the photos. We stayed at Lali’s apartment for a week and it was lovely. The location is perfect for going out into the city, grocery shops are nearby, as well as cafes. The apartment was warm even during the rainy and cold weather. The place had everything we needed – internet was stable and fast, we also used the washing machine. Lali was eager to answer our questions if they arose, helped out and at some point she even brought us tea with pancakes. Thank you!

Exceptional Stay in Tbilisi! We stayed in several properties around Tbilisi, but this one truly stood out. From its stunning location to its thoughtful design, every aspect of this home exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views of Tbilisi, paired with the beautiful garden, made for a breathtaking wake-up scene. The interior was curated with love, you can see that! What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Svetlana. From the moment we booked to our departure, she treated us like family. Her thoughtful gestures, including homemade breakfast, cappuccinos, and even a New Year's Eve cake, left us feeling grateful and pampered. Svetlana's kindness in offering us a late check-out to accommodate our evening flight was truly appreciated! We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible property to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this apartment! 🏡 Spacious, clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchen utensils to fresh bed linen. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Aleqsandre and her family are wonderful. Specifically Aleqsandre's mother was an absolutely lovely woman. She prepared meals for us every day and it was some of the best food we had while in Georgia. Which is saying a lot because the food in this country is outstanding to begin with. I honestly could've stayed in this home for a month. It was an unforgettable experience and we felt completely at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Harut and his wife were fantastic hosts. Plenty of room. The outdoor seating area by the grill is great. The sauna followed by a cold plunge in the pool at night was probably our favorite part. I would definitely come back again and stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

Hasmik’s Guest house is extremely well located, cosy and nice with a little garden which is the cherry on top. It is located close to the city center and has the feeling of being in the countryside. I loved everything about it, the house, the yard, the garden!!! I also have to mention that Hasmik is an excellent host, very attentive and pleasant, easy to communicate and enjoyable to chat. Overall it was a great experience, probably my best one on airbnb!

Staying at Anna’s place was the best decision for our trip to Borjomi. If you have a car, this is the perfect spot. The house feels like home - warm, cozy, and full of soul. Everything we needed was there: kitchen, shower, washing machine, parking. It’s very clean, beautifully designed, and way better than any hotel. We booked just an hour before arrival with no issues. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful. Truly my best rental experience - thank you!

The place is very centrally located and very clean. It’s great for one person. And I can’t find the worlds to describe how wonderful the host is - just meeting Ellada was a great joy.

The city itself is quiet and peaceful. There is no noise, loud music from the cafe. On the territory of the guest house there is an apple tree, pear, persimmon, nuts. The hostess lamented the cafe Veranda. There is a very tasty chicken in pesto sauce. We went from there to Pitsunda and Primorskoe. Be careful about Gudauta driving Giguli with red headlights from the front and back, look carefully, don't let yourself be fooled

We really enjoyed our stay at Arthur and Ali's place! The house is located in a quiet and clean area of Yerevan, away from noisy roads. There is a wonderful blooming garden on the plot (mid-April is an especially good time for admiring flowers). The apartment is very, very clean and cozy; the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (I would probably only add a couple more small soap). The bedroom has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, it was nice to sleep in such a cozy place. There are plenty of towels in the closet, and the bathroom has everything from toothbrushes and soap to rags and cleaning supplies! Alya and Arthur are wonderful hosts, never had any issues, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions and shared even what we didn't expect at all - for example, Alya allowed use of the oven and treated herbs from her garden. I stayed two nights at Nutsa’s house and it was cozy and clean room with brand new facilities. Nutsa, the host, and her friend Michael helped me to check-in and explained everything I had to know. They were really kind and welcomed me from the bottom of heart. The location was great, in particular really close to the Carrefour store. It was one of the houses in a kind of traditional building so you can see how the Tbilisi people’s life is. It was an affordable deal. I had a great experience during my last stay in Georgia.

The house needs cleaning. There were a lot of live and dead cockroaches. And also bats were flying inside. We had a blast because we felt we were sleeping in a haunted house: and it was halloween 🎃.

Very good place for a family gathering. We were 8 adults and 5 children, it was perfect. The large open kitchen impressed us, it has everything you need in terms of equipment and the dining table allows you to have a good time with family. Place is clean and nice. The host is very responsive and helpful, he provided us with what it takes to replace an umbrella bed, showed us and even took us to the local supermarket. A great stay 👍
