Vacation rentals with a patio in Caucasus

We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

Great flat, with a perfect location. We stayed in Tbilisi only a few days, but were able to access all the attractions such as botanical garden, national museum, fine arts museum by foot! A restaurant visited by Anthony Bourdain is just across the street. Just an fyi if you plan to work from home, the wifi can be a little bit spotty. Otherwise would highly recommend David’s place for your Tbilisi getaway :)

I really liked the place. Very clean, there is everything you need for your stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the subway, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the rooftop, is stylish and cozy and has everything you need (including a working space, with a chair and monitor). We enjoyed our stay and Samuel is a great host, who responded quickly and proactively. Recommend and definitely would come again!

One of the best airbnbs I've stayed at! Very comfy, spacious and stylishly decorated. Great beds and blackout curtains. Strong wifi signal, good modern A/C My room was on the 3rd floor with a view on the Mtatsminda and overlooking a traditional georgian courtyard. Very quiet despite busy neighbourhood. The only thing to mind there is no lift in the building

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. Everything was great! Thank you so much to the host for our wonderful vacation. The heated pool was just the perfect option in cool weather. You can make a grill, a big house, very cozy. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing was that there were a lot of ants in the house, our advice is to work on it. Otherwise, everything is fine!

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights, we had a wonderful holiday. I don't know whether to say the view, the weather, or the smiling faces of Ms. Nermin and her husband... We've collected beautiful memories and pictures! A peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The house is very clean, everything is at hand. I really recommend this beautiful place to anyone interested. Everything is perfect I thank the Kopuz couple very much.

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Gvantsa and it was mostly as advertised, despite the problem with the water pressure and temperature. Very good location and communication with host was great!
