Cidade turística porém desenvolvida, clima quente e vento durante o ano todo ideal para prática de esportes como o Kitesurf que é referência no Local. A casa fica a 100 Metros do Squibunda um dos pontos turísticos mas procurados no Cumbuco. *OBS*: Casa impecávelmente limpa, porém as Dunas em frente podem trazer partículas de areia com o vento.

A nice cosy flat ON the beach of Cumbuco. Only some minutes walking from the Center of Cumbuco, but far enough to have quiet nights. The Condo is upper class with 24/7 security guards and a nice garden area with a pool and BBQ space. Um belo apartamento aconchegante na praia de Cumbuco. A apenas alguns minutos a pé do Centro de Cumbuco. O condomínio é de classe alta com guardas de segurança 24/7 e uma agradável área de jardim com piscina e espaço para churrasco.

Uma casa impecável, sem contar no condomínio que é perfeito, além da segurança claro, tem mercadinho de auto atendimento 24hrs lá dentro, para quem gosta de praticidade é o ideal. A anfitriã foi super atenciosa, nos mandava mensagens todos os dias perguntando se estava tudo ok! No penúltimo dia o gás acabou tarde da noite, e ela super atenciosa nos respondeu rapidamente e providenciou a troca imediata!! Amamos tudo com certeza ao retornarmos a Fortaleza já teremos local para nos hospedar rsrsrs
