Great location. Quiet building! The apartment has been renovated and redecorated, it is even better than the listing. We very much like the location. It has access to the beach, you can say it's a beachfront apartment. I liked it and recommend it.

Good place to stay. Everything clean, new furniture, all good utensils, good air-conditioning. Nothing against it.

The truth is that it was an incredible experience, the apartment is ideal, very clean, has everything you need and is always clean and in good condition. In addition, Gabriela always answered whenever I called, and always with kindness and courtesy. A luxury!!! And the Wai Wai Complex is great, with spectacular pools, games for kids, a soccer field, tennis, volleyball, pool, and others. There were 11 of us in 3 apartments. The boys moved around on their own (there were 6 of them) even though we were in different blocks. An amazing experience, which left us wanting to repeat it. Thank you for everything!!

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment

They were excellent days at Wai Wai and Rodrigo's property, we felt at home. The apartment is very well decorated, clean, organized and with all the items necessary for the stay. Even for us who have a small baby, Rodrigo was extremely careful in organizing the space for him to sleep. Also, always very attentive, answering our doubts and helping in whatever it was necessary. The resort is impeccable, beautiful Cumbuco, wonderful restaurants and odd services. Tranquilidade and an unparalleled family environment in the area. We'll come back more often!

Passing a fds with family and with friends there was wonderful, I loved celebrating my niver in this sensational condominium! Super recommend, very attentive dona beni, always asking if it was okay , I loved her attention, I'll be back soon! Very cozy and very sweet ap. The Flexibility of her time, it was the most drew my attention so I could enjoy my fds more! I loved it all .

The stay at Edinho's apartment was excellent, it had everything we needed, my friends and I really enjoyed cooking and the place had a super complete kitchen, in addition to being comfortable and organized. We felt right at home! The condominium was also very beautiful and Edinho was an excellent host, he responded to us quickly and very kindly. I highly recommend it!!!

Great space, just two blocks from downtown and the beach. The house is spacious and has everything we need in the kitchen and living room. I just found the lighting from the lamps inside the house to be dark at night, but Lucas responded to the suggestion to check this. It has a beautiful pool with a variety of beautiful plants around it. The concierge and the apartment itself have passwords, making it safer. I recommend the space and the owner.

The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated and pleasant, with all the necessary equipment and utensils, and Vitor, our host, is very friendly, always responding quickly and kindly to our inquiries. The condominium is excellent, on the sand, great pool, restaurant that also serves the pool and the beach, which is wonderful and even looks like a private beach of the condominium. Perfect stay.

First time I traveled through Tactu and I'm just grateful. Absolutely for everything they did for us. The house is amazing, impeccable, clean, organized, all air-conditioned, the company responded whenever I asked for something. The house is very close to the sea, the electric barbecue works very well, the kitchen had everything you need and the maid's room fits 2 people perfectly at ease. Showers with warm water and everything very clean and new. I loved it and want to become a customer of this company.

I spent 5 days in the apartment. These were days of full rest and peace. The location is extremely quiet, the apartment is super clean and well maintained, all utensils (bed/table/bath/kitchen) are properly sanitized and available. The view from the balcony is surreally beautiful, with a panoramic view of the sea, shady side, quiet and pleasant, perfect to enjoy with family, friends or even just the two of you. The air-conditioners and TVs are all working properly. The condominium has friendly and helpful staff. The building's common area is also super organized, with a clean pool and pleasant leisure area. I want to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Well-located apartment, close to restaurants, bars and the center of Cumbuco. Well-equipped kitchen, with various dishes, pots and utensils in general. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. We slept well every night we were there. It's really worth it!

The apartment is excellent, very functional, has everything you need for a stay Full kitchen with filter, air fryer, refrigerator, glasses, pots, dishes, cutlery. The air conditioning in the single bed room was dripping but nothing that would prevent the air from cooling The room that has 2 beds and 2 mattresses did not fit the 2 extra mattresses comfortably, but since there were 5 of us, it was fine, for 6 it is tight I recommend the apartment, it was very clean, exactly as described in the listing.

We spent an incredible carnival and the experience was excellent! The apartment was spotless. The location is perfect, close to the beach and great for enjoying the sunset in the late afternoon. In addition, the proximity to the centrinho is a great differential. Without a doubt, we will return more often.
