I have no words to express the gratitude I feel for the way we have been welcomed. The house was impeccable, and the two nets were a great differential, especially when it was very hot. All instructions were clear and the house is located in a great neighborhood of Caucaia, as well as being just 30 minutes from Fortaleza airport. I highly recommend the stay, which was without defects.

The AP is well located, a few meters from Cumbuco beach, a place of peace and tranquility. The structure is very good, it has all the kitchen items, TV in the living room and bedroom, everything very clean, organized and beautiful. I loved Letícia's apartment, very comfortable, ideal for a family of 4. The location is also very good, close to the beach and the center.

Very good house, the accommodation matches the listing, very well equipped. There are two points (simple things) that can be improved: the lamps outside the house do not light up very well, in fact everything is very dark, including the barbecue area (We had to use the cell phone flashlight to make the barbecue); the second point is that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling well. These are simple things that can be solved with timely maintenance. That said, I do recommend the house. I intend to return.
