Charming apartment on Cumbuco Beach, a kitesurfing paradise. Newly renovated, with new furniture and very well equipped, with Wi-Fi, smart TV, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, hot shower and full kitchen. Bed and bath linens are provided. The condominium is quiet and charming, with a barbecue and an excellent swimming pool for adults and children, just 30 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the village (easy to walk to) and 200 meters from Kite Cabana (Cumbuco's best kite bar). Guest pays for the energy (R$0.90/Kw/h).

Best condominium right on the beach in Cumbuco, excellent for families, friends and couples. Direct access to the beach, ocean views from the balcony and close (less than 10 minutes’ walk) to kitesurfing schools, beach clubs, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. The common areas are equipped with multiple pools, beautiful gardens, 24-hour surveillance and private parking. The beach in front is almost a private one, but there are beach bars within a couple of minutes’ walk.
