We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

This was a wonderful weekend stay. Beautiful house that felt like a cabin, surrounded by nature. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to roam inside and out. Our family (including the pups) felt at home. There were 7 of us and didn't feel cramped. P.S. The hot tub is perfect after a long day. The stars were beautiful and the gated porch was the best so the pups could join us. Our host was very informative and responsive. Thanks for sharing your place with us Chris!

We were traveling for a funeral, and the proactive welcome and thoughtful communication throughout our stay made a big difference. The home is well appointed, with so many considerate touches that made it feel cozy, comfortable, and easy to settle into. We truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making our stay a smooth one.

Margaret was an amazing host and her lodge was just what we needed. We had a very last minute reservation and she was able to get us into the lodge promptly. The lodge is a just a quick drive to Holiday Valley. Finding the lodge was easy with her detailed instructions. The lodge fits two families comfortably. The kids enjoyed the board games and we all enjoyed the cozy fireplace after a long day of skiing.

The cabin is beautiful and off the grid. Made me feel like I was staying at my family’s cabin when I was a kid. Very peaceful and great to sit back and relax. House is very clean and has beautiful surroundings.

My husband and I were taking our senior dog on his “last trip” before we had to put him down. We were planning on staying in our van and going camping near Allegheny State Park, which is something we would do every single year when I decided to go onto Airbnb and look to see if there’s any cabins available there. To my surprise there was. I was able to book it, and within two hours be at Pope Haven Campground in our Charming, adorable little cabin. We had no idea about Pope Haven or Randolph, New York and were delightfully surprised on how quaint and cute this camping area was!! Most of the place is filled with RVs, but the layout was cool a lot to explore. It has a pool, showers and a bunch of other amenities that we weren’t able to use since it was the end of the season but for the price and spontaneity. We absolutely loved it! The cabin was great, more amenities than we are used to like a TV, refrigerator and heater. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely visit again

Amazing place! The host is very responsive and helpful! We had a change on plans last minute and he was very accommodating to all of our needs! We will be going back next year.

My family enjoyed our stay. They were extremely accommodating and responsive. They went above and beyond to make the place comfortable and truly peaceful. They included such thoughtful touches like travel size body washes and shampoo/conditioner and even left my daughter a personalized gift. We cannot wait to Come back and enjoy this space again!!

Overall great but im thinking 1 more heater would have been great. Well i didnt know how to use the unit on the wall. Lol. User error. Overall great stay.

Great little place for a weekend getaway. Cabin had everything you’d need, in a nice peaceful, remote location. Would recommend especially for a quick ski trip!

The Cabin was great, beautiful place with a creek in the back, it is peaceful, lots of wild life. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge. The cabin has everything you need.

We had a little trouble getting in when we arrived because of the keypad battery however Keith contacted someone to come fix it as soon as they were able. Overall nice location, very serene. Good quantity of dishes and linens. Fun things on the property for children to use!

Renee was great from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions we had and ensured we were well informed. The cabins were very clean and very comfortable. The surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful. We spent a good amount of time in Allegheny State Park, which is only about a 10 minute drive from the cabins. Would definitely book again.
