Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Dormirai in un'alcova del 1700 con affreschi, pareti decorate e mobili di pregio, tappeti, patio privato, all'interno di una fattoria fortificata del 1700 in pietra lavica Avendo deciso di effettuare un "restauro conservativo/filologico" alcuni dettagli come pavimenti, pitture, finiture delle pareti, porte, finestre, appaiono "rustici/rurali" rispetto agli standard odierni.
