Updated with gas central heating and a rustic style modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a pretty Juliette balcony. The old cantina on the ground floor has been converted into a cool summer kitchen with table and chairs, sink unit, refrigerator and washing machine. Free parking within 50 yards.

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area.
