The Wee Hut

ClareRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
One of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The location was gorgeous, Rosie was beyond helpful and welcoming, including having freshly baked bread ready for us on arrival! The hut was very clean and warm. The kitchen was even better equipped than my kitchen at home. On top of all of that the yoga class was one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever done, it was so relaxing. Lovely sauna session as well!! Truly can’t recommend this place more.

Beautiful location with easy access to golf, swimming and the village. Absolutely fantastic!
The view from the apartment captures a serene landscape of the Clyde estuary at dawn, featuring rolling hills partially enveloped in mist. Soft pastel hues painted across the sky complement the reflections on the calm water, creating a peaceful moment in nature.

A Beaut of a flat in Ardbeg!

CharmaineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I cannot say enough about our stay at Ardbeg! Keith was the consummate host!! Attentive, always responsive, offered endless suggestions for us and so very kind! He and Sally met us at the flat and showed us everything we needed to know and provided good info for the area. The space had the best view we’d ever seen and it was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay to make it feel like home. Bute lives up to its name- BEAUTIFUL!!! We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back soon!!!

Tranquility-relaxation-sea views-luxury apartment

Phillip's apartment was exquisite. we were gobsmacked when we walked through the door and realised that what we were being shown was the place that we were actually staying. It is nothing short of incredible. Phillip's hospitality was beyond measure, the breakfast and conversation he gave us was on another level. This is a really special place, we were gutted that we couldn't stay for longer. We'll be planning a trip back here soon so we can explore the area in more detail, it's a crying shame to use this place as a transitional stop over like we did. Kudos to Phillip for offering easily the best Air BnB place we've ever stayed in.
A sunset view is captured from the front yard, showcasing vibrant orange and pink hues in the sky. The lush green lawn leads to well-maintained hedges, while the tranquil waters of Loch Ranza reflect the colorful sky. The cottage's exterior is partially visible in the foreground.

Lovely cottage on Arran sleeping 6

KrisRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Beautiful place with amazing view out of the windows. Great for holiday with kids. We really enjoyed the stay. We were very lucky with weather. There is plenty nice walks around the cottage. I would recommend to take food with you especially at this time of the year. As there is no shops around. But if you are looking for a quiet holiday close to the nature couldn’t recommend more.

Knockderry Lodge-Luxury; pet friendly; hot tub

DanaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
It’s very difficult to describe Ewa and John’s house and do it proper justice. It’s a beautiful, unique property in a stunning location. The house is even more spacious than the photographs suggest. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything appliance you could think of! The hot tub is amazing. We were there during a powerful storm but that didn’t stop us from enjoying everything the house has to offer. Wonderful bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, luxurious linens…the list goes on. Ewa and John are extremely generous and welcoming hosts who were in touch with instructions beforehand and were available if we needed anything during our stay. We felt like it was a home away from home and wish it was our actual home! We will hopefully be back again soon. Thank you for making a birthday trip so special and memorable!

Quaint flat w/ stunning sea view, 50 Mbps wifi

Janet ElaineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a lovely wee flat. Absolutely loved it. Stunning views and constantly changing. Sitting by the window with a wee glass of wine, a book and looking out on the view, was the highlight. The flat was spotless and the kitchen looked new with everything in it that you would need. The bathroom was also very clean and had a really good shower. The 3 flights of stairs were worth the climb for the view but definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. The area is very quiet with a wee shop and a community pub. There was nowhere to eat in the village but there is a good bus service to Rothesay. The pub was welcoming to owner and dog and sold Bute Gin! Hopefully we will be back soon and won’t hesitate in using this flat again. Thanks Sam
