Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. A Luxurious Modern Living space in an Historical Chalet built in 1470. Old wood cleverly repurposed to form Elegant Alpine furniture, Open Living, Dining and Kitchen. High spec appliances. Glass doors onto a large terrace with Uninterrupted Mountain Views. Benefiting from all day sun. The Interior is designed with Calm Neutral tones. The master suite has a Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The Guest Bedroom is a light playful space for Children with a Bathroom opposite with a rain shower.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Bright and friendly studio for 2-3 people

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

Luxurious Castle for your romantic holiday

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

"Casa Filou" - Apartment

A cozy apartment in the middle of the magnificent Surselva. In winter, you can reach the slopes of the Weissen Arena Flims-Laax in a few minutes and enjoy the sun. In summer, the nearby golf course or the countless hiking and biking routes invite you to be explored. Apartment was newly renovated in 2023 to the most modern standard and is now available for the first time holiday guests. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a small family!

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun. The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
