A new built, cosy studio with your own entrance and terrace in the garden. Free parking, TV, WiFi, rainshower, toilet, mini fridge, microwave, cooking plate, cooker, Nespresso maker, free coffee and tea. Only 5 minutes walk to the trainstation with direct connection to the center of Haarlem 10 min. and the center Amsterdam only 30 min. The Tiny house is a cozy cottage in our garden and is next to the forest and further down the dunes and the beach. The tiny house has a living room, a kitchinette with coffee, tea, and a mini fridge, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and above a bedroom with a 2-person box spring. Nearby, walking distance, are a few nice restaurants. The beach bars are open all year round, even in winter. During the winter, it is a bit fresher in the Tiny house, then bring warm clothes.

'Little Hemingway' is ideal for lazy reading holidays. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. If you don't want all this, enjoy the tranquility, sea and dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto attic. Three minutes walk from the beach. Please note: from 1 July to 1 September, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Saturdays.
