I could not have wished for more wonderful hosts! Elaine & Jason are very friendly, responsive and extremely helpful with everything and I felt welcome right away. As a bonus on my arrival, Elaine provided me with a few treats. The apartment is cozy and offers everything you need. Snugborough was exactly as advertised and being honest it was beyond our expectations. We were met by Jennifier with warm scones and given information on the local villages and surrounds. The cottage was warm and cosy and set a peaceful location with magnificant views and a beautiful garden to wander around. We will definitely be staying in Snugborough again. This is a great location as a base for idilic drives or walks. The accommodation has a wonderful rustic feel.

A perfect little house for our break. We were extremely lucky with the weather and took ourselves off to the beaches around Youghal, Ardmore, and Dungarvan. The house was easy to find, with convenient on-street parking. There are a couple of great pubs nearby and a local supermarket for essentials. The town is lovely for walking around, and Lismore Castle Gardens were right on our doorstep. Our host, Julie, was responsive, friendly, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants in the town. The courtyard, although small, was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying breakfast. The house was well equipped; however, a potato masher and a small knife would have been useful additions—but this didn’t detract from our holiday at all. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
