The apartment is on the first floor of a prestigious condominium in Modena, a stone's throw from the historic center, a 5-minute walk to the Storchi theater. The apartment (120 sqm) includes 2 large bedrooms (with two beds each), two separate bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a large living room. Including windows overlooking the park with balcony to the internal patio. We also allow you to use the internal garage, which is located in the subsoil of the building, for a medium-sized car.
